Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Zapride. We want to ensure you have the best experience with your new e-scooter. Our policy is based on EU consumer protection standards and applies to all customers worldwide.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) You have the right to cancel your purchase and return your e-scooter for any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. To exercise this right, please contact us via our website's contact form with your order number. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in "as-new" condition.

2. Condition of Returned Items To receive a full refund, the e-scooter must not show signs of excessive wear. While you are allowed to test the scooter to ensure it works, a full refund may not be issued if:

  • The scooter has been driven extensively (e.g., significant mileage on the odometer).
  • There is physical damage, dirt, or signs of outdoor use that decrease the value of the product.
  • Original accessories (charger, manual, tools) are missing.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: In the case of a standard return (change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Given the weight and size of e-scooters, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  • Damaged or Defective Goods: If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, Zapride will cover the return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid shipping label.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

5. Product Guarantee All our e-scooters come with a 2-year guarantee covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures that occur during normal use. This does not cover damage caused by accidents, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications.
