• Performance: Speed and range specifications are estimates and may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, and weather conditions.

3. Pricing and Payments All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are displayed in USD/EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the email provided at the time the order was made.

4. Shipping and Delivery Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Zapride is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or carrier strikes. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns Customers have the right to return their product within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging and in "as-new" condition. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details on how to initiate a return.

6. Warranty All Zapride scooters come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability Zapride shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. Users should always wear protective gear, including helmets, when riding.

8. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
