Shipping policy
At Zapride, we are committed to delivering your e-scooter safely and as quickly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process and estimated delivery times.
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification email once your order has been handed over to the carrier. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days.
- Express Shipping (if available): Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, extreme weather, or high-volume seasons.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your Zapride has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Zapride is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). No customs duties apply for orders within the European Union.
5. Damages Zapride is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend taking photos of the damaged box upon arrival.
6. International Shipping We currently ship to select countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us via our website's contact form for a custom shipping quote.
